Burglary with non-forced entry and larceny were reported at 3:40 a.m. on the 200 block of Azalea Drive.
Criminal damage to property by graffiti was reported at 7:24 a.m. at Watauga High School.
Breaking and entering of an automobile was reported at 8:10 a.m. on the 200 block of East King Street.
Larceny was reported at 9:09 a.m. McDonalds on Blowing Rock Road.
An incident of communicating threats was reported at 9:53 a.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 12:06 p.m. at Inklink Tattoos on West King Street.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 2:26 p.m. on the 200 block of Oak Street.
Fraud by obtaining money and/or property by false pretenses was reported at 2:36 p.m at Walgreens on Blowing Rock Road.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 2:48 p.m. m the 200 block of Boone Heights Drive.
A simple non-physical assault was reported at 2:49 p.m. on the 200 block of Depot Street.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 3:44 p.m. on the 200 block of Poplar Hill Drive.

Burglary with non-forced entry was reported at 10:24 p.m. on the 100 block of Leola Street.
Arrests: John Leon Whittington, 42, of 231 North Depot St., Boone, was arrested at 10 a.m. on a charge of simple physical assault with sexual motive.
Joseph James Perry, 19, of 848 Meal Camp Road, Butler, Tenn., was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on a charge of larceny.

Officers responded to a person threatening suicide at 3:06 a.m. on the 100 block of Poplar Hill Drive.
