Boone Police reports

May 8
An incident of disorderly conduct was reported at 1:59 a.m. on the 500 block of West King Street.

An assault on a female was reported at 2:05 a.m. on the 100 block of Robin Lane.

Arrest: William Harris, 53, of 165 Robin Lane, Apt. 104, Boone, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on a charge of assault on a female.

May 12
Larceny was reported at 8:44 a.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive. A pair of prescription glasses were reported stolen.

Disorderly conduct and simply physical assault were reported at 11:04 on the 300 block of Jefferson Road.

Larceny was reported at 1:13 p.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive. A Blackberry telephone was reported stolen.

A suspicion incident was reported at 4:15 p.m. on the 2100 block of Blowing Rock Road.

Arrests: John Lovin, 49, of 392 East View Drive, Boone, was arrested at 8:35 a.m. on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, reckless driving to endanger and failure to obey a traffic officer.

A juvenile, identity not released, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive on a charge of misdemeanor drug possession.
